The Genius Switch Has No Off Button

The presidential elections is just two years away..for the man on the street that's a long time away but for presidential hopefuls usually this is the time to make start your grassroots campaign.right now were seeing adverts from politicians who are really serious about running.i dont think they really mean what they say..they just want the exposure.come next year and things are gonna be busy.prominent people are gonna be announcing they gonna run,or not going to(GMA this means you!).and by that time the quacks appear..what quacks you say?remember eddie gil?the wig wearing(was that a wig?) guy whose platform was to give every filipino a cool million if he won.stupid idea right?i thought so too..at first.but the idea is just so stupid it might just work.come on, think about it.If it were up to me,if i had designs on the presidency and if i won which would be like the immaculate conception(a miracle!),id create an office where'd they would give out the money.sub-offices in each city,brgy,barrio etc..a congressman's pork barrel is like what?300 million?and how large is the Filipino population today?85 million tops.u give everybody each a million and tell 'em ok so now u got money go do what u want.it would work right?no?
